Inspiration
I'm sure its quite obvious where we've drawn our main inspiration from: Titanfall.
As a pilot who played on launch of both Titanfall 1 and 2, I was thrilled about the fast-paced movement and the interaction between Titans and Pilots. Wallrunning and speedhopping as pilots or wielding overwhelming firepower as Titans were really unique and flat out fun at that time.
With Earths Edge, we're trying to replicate the feeling we've had back then, with additional tactical and cosmetic customization and total freedom to control your own loadout.

Development History
Development for Earths Edge began shortly before we officially founded TeaMug Studios. About six months into the first prototype, we decided to scrap the project and start from scratch due to already built and increasing tech debt.

During the subsequent restart, we consulted with senior Unreal Engine developers to have a production-ready codebase from the ground up. The jump in quality from newly refactored code, new systems and implemented best pracitces was immense!

We're ready!
Now, almost 2 years later, we're proud to finally release our steam page and share Earths Edge with the World!
